Lighthouse Keepers Beachcomber Mustard

Direct from Eastham on Cape Cod, I was bowled over when I happened on their stand of marveloulsy tasty products (make sure you try the hot sauces!) 

This whole grain mustard has such a great texture. It reminds us of searching for beach finds… hence the cape cod appropriate name. Made with a blend of flavorful garlic and herbaceous rosemary, this mustard is a step above your traditional deli mustard. Its great on cheese, chicken, sausages, lamb and warm doughy pretzels with a side of local beer.

INGREDIENTS: Cider Vinegar, Mustard Seed, White Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Pectin, Sugar, Rosemary
