After many years of polite requests and downright cajoling, Diane Hanna has finally created a book of her incredible poetry. It is a must for poetry lovers!

Diane is one of my favorite humans on the planet. I have been selling her heartfelt Story Pictures© in the store since I met her many years ago. We write together almost weekly and it is one of the joys in my life.

The Mary Jane Merritt School For Girls comes from a sign she found many years ago and put up in a restored outbuilding at her home on Cape Cod. Her inspired poetry is best described in in her words...

Words have always been my way of knowing—writing—my way of giving voice. These poems cover many years, many loves, many stumbled-upon moments of grace. They are all together in this book. For better or for worse, they are here.
